I am a professional trainer with many years of front line and management experience in the food industry. With a background in teaching (Cert Ed) in the food, hospitality and customer care industries, I ensure my courses are supportive, entertaining and valuable to all those who handle food in any capacity. I always maintain high standards in terms of quality, experience and customer service, serving clients throughout the East Midlands including Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and South Yorkshire. I can also travel nationally, if required.

I provide flexible and structured-environment learning. The training is most beneficial when delivered in your workplace or alternatively you can book a training day at The Windmill Training Centre, a recognised centre of excellence in retail and hospitality training, based at Batemans Brewery.

Individual candidates are welcome; you may join a group with similar requirements.
